Another One Bites the Dust

STEX has apparently found other people to annoy. I’m sure he encounters new victims every day, but now, he has managed to irritate the crap out of the people at the bank who are handling his refinance (not yet final, unfortunately…).

So you think, well, it’s not that bad, surely I’m exaggerating. HAH not so, my dear, not so…Let’s just say that Karen (the loan consultant), started out very hopeful. Ah yes, they all do…positive attitude, always reachable, ready to help out in any way possible.

After many days of talking to STEX, I get her on the phone, and she keeps throwing words like “demanding”, and “tunnel vision”, and that’s when I hold onto my skirt, because it’s going to be a bumpy ride. Of course, she’s aggravated with him…I tell him to back off, that she is no longer involved with the refinance, that it has been passed on to the loan processor (aka the sacrificial lamb), but the damage is done.

Today, he called her frantically (I’m guessing he was very rude, as usual), because he received the paperwork for the loan, and he freaked out with the amounts (plus the homeowner’s insurance had been included, and since we pay it separately, he obviously concluded that the bank was “stealing” his money and freaked out).

I’ll assume she no longer wants any involvement with him. I tried calling her at work, then on her cell (which she ALWAYS had on), but no luck. Poor thing.
