Bill paying is not a difficult task, but it does take skill, planning, and organization to accomplish it successfully. According to my STEX, however, it’s nothing. You only need to spend what, 5-10 minutes on it? If he were to handle it, I would only have to show him once, and he would get the hang of it.
O yes? Ok, so a while back (see Going Postal June 13th), it was decided (by me) that he needed to learn how to pay bills on his own. We went to work on the bills. First time, I looked over his shoulder and guided him. He said next time he wouldn’t need my help.
Second time, he asked me to check his work, and again, mentioned he could do them all by himself. I was sooo happy for him. Scoff.
